- Work alongside 4 other claims administrators to support 3 teams of claims assessors
- Process claims payments
- Liaising with external stakeholders such as treating doctors, rehab providers, etc to gather information
- Be familiar with administrative duties such as booking appointments, scanning, filing, mail duties, etc
- At least 12 months experience in any type of insurance
- Previous administrative experience
- Great communication skills
