- You will be managing an end to end portfolio of life insurance claims including Income Protection, TPD and Terminal illness claims
- Determining eligibility and liability on claims
- Building a rapport with the claimant
- Liaising with stakeholders including treating health practitioners
- Ongoing maintenance of claims
- A Life Insurance Claims Assessor
- Worker Compensation Claims Case Manager
- Allied Health Professional
- Personal Injury Lawyer
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Experience of working within a team environment and taking direction
- Experience in reading medical reports and liaising with treating practitioners
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills
