Job Description

Ensure Recruitment, the leading life insurance recruitment agency in Australia, have partnered with a well known and respected insurer in the CBD and are looking for experienced customer service /administrators with life insurance experience. 

The role will involve:
  • Processing of insurance documentation 
  • Providing administration support to the insurance team 
  • Auctioning emails and correspondence related to maintenance of customers insurance policies.
  • Maintain communication with client throughout the process
  • Dealing with inbound calls
  • Claims Support Service including invoice management, appointment schedule, file printing 
  • Ensure appropriate and timely follow-up with clients 
To be considered for this role you will have ideally:
  • 3 + years customer service experience
  • Highly evolved interpersonal skills
  • Proven history of delivering results in a timely manner 
  • Insurance experience will be highly regard
