- Having responsibility for highly technical and complex claims
- Working closely with panel Solicitors, to discuss claims strategies
- Engaging with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Negotiating positive outcomes for litigated claims

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, communicating with senior executives and legal experts
- Your proven ability to navigate around personal injury claims and settlements
