My client is a global organisation with a significant presence in the Australian market across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Their client base falls into the superannuation industry both within industry and retail funds.
The role of Manager - Client Partnerships will see you responsible for:
- Managing a team of relationship managers in NSW
- Managing the client support team that supports the RM's
- Taking overall accountability for the relationships between my client and their clients
- Setting strategic account plans with the individual RM's
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the account plans
- Development of the RM team
- Ensuring new business opportunities within the client base are identified and pursued
- Retention of all clients in your teams portfolio
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Significant leadership experience specifically within relationship management and in superannuation
- The ability to develop and enhance the performance of RM's to hold strategic and C Suite level conversations
- An excellent knowledge of the challenges facing the superannuation funds (both industry and retail)
- The ability to drive relationships at a senior and executive level
- The ability to generate strategic account plans and monitor the success of these plans
