Manager - Client Partnerships (Industry Funds)

My client is a global organisation with a significant presence in the Australian market across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Their client base falls into the superannuation industry both within industry and retail funds.

The role of Manager - Client Partnerships will see you responsible for:
  • Managing a team of relationship managers in NSW
  • Managing the client support team that supports the RM's
  • Taking overall accountability for the relationships between my client and their clients
  • Setting strategic account plans with the individual RM's
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the account plans
  • Development of the RM team
  • Ensuring new business opportunities within the client base are identified and pursued 
  • Retention of all clients in your teams portfolio
You will be able to demonstrate:
  • Significant leadership experience specifically within relationship management and in superannuation
  • The ability to develop and enhance the performance of RM's to hold strategic and C Suite level conversations
  • An excellent knowledge of the challenges facing the superannuation funds (both industry and retail)
  • The ability to drive relationships at a senior and executive level 
  • The ability to generate strategic account plans and monitor the success of these plans
