Job Description
Reporting to an experienced Claims Manager, you will have full responsibility for a portfolio of claims from an interesting and diverse range of clients.
Currently located in South Sydney the client will be moving to brand new prestige offices in the city within a few months
The Role:
- Responsible for reviewing Motor claims and determining liability
- End to end claims management
- Proactively managing multiple stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Responding to all correspondence and requests within agreed SLA's
- Adhering to business and regulatory compliance processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in motor claims
- Advanced negotiation skills
- High attention to detail
