Due to ongoing requirements and increased volumes of work we have a number of clients who are looking to add to their teams on a temporary and permanent basis.

The role(s):
- First point of contact for claimants to lodge a Motor claim
- Assessing eligibility of claims and determining liability
- End-to-end claims management, including recoveries & settlements
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service
- Be empathetic towards and be understanding of the customer
- Liaise with assessors, trades people, insurers and customers
- Provide technical support and advice to less-experienced team members
- Previous experience in commercial or domestic motor claims
- The ability to manage a busy portfolio of claims and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
