The main duties will be:
- Target and convert new business leads across SME and mid-market clients from warm existing lead sources
- Client visits face-to-face
- Be a trusted adviser and deliver the best customer-centric approach
- Building strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Tier 1 qualified - Broking
- General Insurance Experience across all product lines
- Proven track record successfully converting new business leads
- Client facing experience, understanding their business and recommending the relevant insurance programs
- High-performing team looking for like-minded individuals
- Established network of warm leads from the finance team and accountant referrals
