My client is looking for a dynamic leader that is able to take a significant role in changing the shape of the current business, focus on process improvement and leading the teams on a positive journey of change.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Leading an insurance claims function across two states, Sydney and Melbourne of almost 100 FTE's via 5 team managers
• Ensuring service delivery standards are achieved in claims processing
• Leading, developing and mentoring a successful team of team managers
• Identifying process and procedure improvement and then developing a strategy to deliver change
• High stakeholder management both internally and externally with corporate clients.

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Significant successes in leading multiple claims teams across any line of business, general insurance, workers comp, life, superannuation claims
• A proven capability in delivering process improvement and elimination of waste in prior processes backed by a sound methodology 
• The leadership of teams through periods of change
• High stakeholder management - ideally with external clients in relation to their claims performance
