What you will bring to this role:

  • The ability to assess and review operations and to devise a new way, if required
  • Experience in working in a role of operational change, where you have implemented and adapted processes
  • The ability to create a new, highly motivated, cohesive team, driven by success and delivering exceptional customer service
  • A passion for taking a hands-on as well as operational approach, quickly identifying development areas and working closely with team members
  • You thrive in a high-volume environment, whilst maintaining high service standards
  • Used to monitoring quality results and ensuring that processes are aligned to key requirements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, working both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bringing your financial savvy, reviewing claims costs, variances and contractor costs
