About the role:
- Accurately assessing claims, investigation any enquiries
- Responsible for managing a variety of physical claims
- Liaising with treating professionals and doctors as well as employers and claimants
- Designing return to work plans in conjunction with employers to ensure that return to work is obtained in a sustainable manner
- Working with internal Injury Management and Technical Specialists to discuss claims and agree the way forward
- Preparing accurate documentation, letters and reports in relation to claims
- Managing own case load from lodgement to completion of claim
About you and your experience:
- Experience in managing workers compensation, CTP, personal injury claims
- Taking pride in offering the highest level of customer service to support claimant in their return to work
- You will enjoy confidently communicating with different stakeholders and negotiating positive outcomes
