The purpose of this role is to provide both inbound and outbound calls to existing clients and providing general advice. You will qualify the outcome of the call with the clients and then direct the inquiry to the appropriate advice division to ensure the client receives the best financial advice. You will be required to communicate the benefits of financial advice to these clients and provide feedback to key stakeholders with the aim to provide information to retain and build relationships. You will have a structured framework and call approach to assist with providing phone based information to clients. The team is very positive and engaging and you will possess high level communication skills.
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
1. Proven experience in a contact centre environment within the financial services sector (ideally)
2. RG146 or DFP qualification (Mandatory)
3. Understanding of the financial planning industry
4. High level communication and problem solving skills
