- Ensure timely and accurate administration of claims from notification through to settlement stage.
- Process claims payments within agreed service standards and reconcile payments and recoveries for claims
- Respond to client and internal inquiries relating to claims administration. Build relationships with appropriate client contacts.
- Participate in claims provisioning and preparation of claims valuation data.
- Tertiary qualifications in actuarial, business or finance
- Insurance qualifications well regarded
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft with advanced skills in Excel.
- Superior communication skills
