Job Description

My client is continuously looking at innovative ways in which the workers compensation claims team can operate in Victoria. The role of the Continuous Improvement Manager will see you responsible for:

  • Working on major projects that will impact the claims teams in Victoria
  • Representing the claims team internally 
  • developing/redeveloping internal processes to become more efficient
  • Training of claims teams to streamline processes
  • Managing projects to improve claims outcomes 
  • Identification of risks coming from the claims team, presenting these risks to senior management with appropriate recommendations to resolve/mitigate risks 
  • process and procedural changes required to drive best performance in claims teams
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
  • An excellent understanding of the Victorian legislation  
  • Previous experience of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive change
  • An understanding of how data can be used and analysed to drive performance within a claims environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to identify, drive and implement claims projects
  • Strong change management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time whilst still delivering excellence to each project.
