Job Description
The role:
- Effectively manage your own domestic property claims portfolio
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service
- Be empathetic towards and be understanding of the customer
- Liaise with assessors, trades people, insurers and customers
- Provide technical support and advice to less-experienced team members
- Previous experience in commercial or domestic property claims
- The ability to manage a busy portfolio of claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The availability to start ASAP
