Property Claims Team Leader

You will be responsible for managing technical and complex claims for Property & Liability classes, whilst mentoring a team who manage various claims portfolio's.

The Role:
  • Advocating for the client regarding complex Property & Liability claims
  • Building trusted relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Claims Executives
  • Reviewing and improving existing claims processes 
  • Identifying poor risks and recommending improvements 
  • Attending site visits with clients in the event of a claim
About You:
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience managing Property Claims 
  • Prior leadership experience 
  • Excellent relationship building skills with established, relevant networks in the industry
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills
