Job Description
The role:
- Proactive, customer focused management of liability claims
- Determine eligibility, indemnity and legal liability
- Develop and grow internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Negotiate best-possible outcome for clients
- Maintain accurate reserves
- 1-3 years' experience managing liability claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of personal injury thresholds across all states
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- High level of attention to detail
- Tertiary qualified (Bachelor of Law highly regarded)
