Due to continued work coming from our PSA clients we are now looking to hire across all three Australian offices in our General Insurance practice.

About the role:
  • General Insurance practice line including claims, underwriting, broking, distribution, product management and operations
  • Actively building relationships with hiring leads and HR teams within existing clients and new potential clients 
  • Building excellent candidates relationships across the GI market and developing long lasting and trusted relationships with key talent pools
  • Working on multiple job opportunities within your specific area of specialisation 
  • Working with the national GI team to enhance our national offering to clients and candidates
  • High sales/relationship management and account management of clients in the GI portfolio
About you:
  • Existing recruitment experience within Australian market and ideally within Insurance/superannuation/Banking or wider financial services 
  • Agency recruitment experience preferred or strong sales / account management from within broking/distribution within insurance industry
  • High ethics and values that apply to all work practices 
  • Proven ability to build effective and long lasting trusted relationships with your clients and candidates
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the general insurance industry in Australia 
  • High resilience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and successfully consult to clients and candidates
