Recruitment Manager - In House Position with Global Company

My client is an international organisation with a significant operation throughout Australia operating across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

The newly created role of Recruitment Manager reporting directly to the Head of HR will see you responsible for:
  • Leading a team of experienced recruitment professionals
  • Designing and implementing a short/medium and long term recruitment strategy
  • Setting best practice recruitment methodology across multiple business lines
  • Developing and launching the company EVP
  • Management of the end to end recruitment process
  • Investigating new technologies and if appropriate testing and deploying into the recruitment function
  • Developing relationships at the senior executive team level
  • Consulting on diversity programs
  • Developing talent pools for business critical positions
You will be able to demonstrate:
  • Significant experience in leading a in house recruitment team
  • Prior success in developing and implementing company wide recruitment strategies
  • Re-designing volume recruitment models
  • Experience in talent management at executive level
  • Leading key recruitment projects including, technology and EVP design
  • Reducing time to hire across multiple job families 
  • Design and implementation of successful recruitment strategies
