Job Description

My client is an international organisation within financial services. With operations across multiple countries and geographies. Due to significant growth in their operations the newly created role of Rem & Bens Manager is being appointed, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Offices.

The role will see you responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing the reward strategy including salary benchmarking, superannuation arrangements, company share plans, benefits, bonus plans and annual salary review
  • Management reporting and creating reports for board approval 
  • Subject matter expert for multiple CEO's across different business lines
  • Setting the rem & bens policy and adherence to policy 
  • Responsibility to advice into annual salary review and bonus scheme
  • Setting Executive pay and bonus scheme 
You will be able to demonstrate:
  • Significant remuneration and benefits experience at a senior manager level (ideally within financial services)
  • Experience of setting rem & bens ploicy and procedures (ideally within international organisations)
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align rewards structures to business objectives 
  • Experience in setting of executive pay and rewards to CEO level and direct reports as well as the wider organisation
  • High degree of analytical skills
  • Experience of presenting up to board level
  • High communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience within the UK market would be highly regarded
