Repair Supervisor

What this role involves:
- Working closely with the claimant, suplliers and the internal stakeholders to discuss repairs on domestic properties
- Ensuring all insurance repairs are completed properly and within relevant time
- Discussing repairs with trades, ensuring the correct procedure
- Costing of works, preparation of Scope of Works
- Using Word and basic Excel in your work
- Providing advice and discussing errors, omissions in any area of the work
- Producing reports on the costs of repairs
Why the client will want you as part of the team:
- You will bring your passion and experience within the building industry,
- Your experience with dealing with Scope of Works and ability to identify any shortfalls
- Comfortable around technology - full training in company system and online technology will be provided
- Familiarity with dealing with residential property insurance assessing would be highly advantageous, not essential
- Your customer service focus and desire to work in a busy team environment, whilst having autonomy for your own work
