Job Description

A Melbourne based not for profit organisation are looking for an experienced Return (RTW) Co-ordinator to join their business on a short term 4-month contract to cover maternity leave starting immediately. 

The Role: 
  • Managing a small portfolio of workers compensation claims 
  • Attending to new incidents - as required 
  • Lodging new claims as required 
  • Determining eligibility on new claims
  • Implementing appropriate strategies to obtain a sustainable return to work outcome
  • Calculating and paying entitlements 
  • Managing existing claims on an ongoing basis 
  • Working closely with the workplace Risk & Safety team
  • Liaising with key stakeholders                                                          
  • Salary package up to $96k

Ideal Candidate: 
  • 3 years + experience in a RTW Co-ordinator role 
  • Solid working knowledge of the Victorian Workers Compensation scheme 
  • Own vehicle required 
  • Ability to hit the ground running
