Job Description

This leading insurer in the CBD is seeking an experienced customer service professional with a background in insurance or financial services to join their team on a 3-month contract.  

You will benefit from:
  • Excellent work culture
  • $29.10 per hour + Super
  • 3-month contract initially, the potential to be extended 
  • CBD location, close to public transport
  • Immediate start 
The role:
  • Inbound and outbound calls 
  • First point resolution of sales and service 
  • Cross-selling and up-selling
  • Providing a high level of customer service 
  • Investigating customer complaints
About you:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role (Financial Services or Insurance)
  • Ability to empathise with customers
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
