Job Description
Working directly with the Managing Director on the Brokerages most complex and prestigious clients, you will be responsible for;
- Negotiating new business and renewal terms with insurers
- Maintaining high-level technical knowledge of commercial insurances
- Responding to inquiries from new and existing clients
- Attending client visits to present terms
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff
- 3-5 years experience in commercial Broking
- Tier 1 qualification (essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident presenting to clients
- Increase your leadership experience through coaching 2 Assistant AE's
- Work on high-profile, complex risks and expand your technical knowledge
- Progression to Account Manager in 12 months, with a dedicated Assistant
- Excellent base salary + commission incentives
