Due to continued growth, this highly regarded and successful boutique Brokerage is seeking an experienced Commercial Broker to join their team and manage an existing portfolio of corporate clients.

The role:
  • Service and growth of an existing portfolio of corporate clients
  • Negotiating new and renewal premiums with insurers and clients 
  • Preparing and presenting complex insurance programmes to clients
  • Providing risk advice and contract reviews 
  • Coaching and mentoring junior Brokers in the team 
  • Attend industry networking events 
  • Claims management
About you:
  • Tier 1 qualified
  • Minimum of 7-10 years Commercial Broking experience
  • Technically strong across general commercial lines
  • Exposure to Global accounts highly advantageous 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing skills 
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite, WinBEAT, Sunrise & SVU
