Senior Claims Assessor

We are currently working with a well known player in the Life Insurance sector. Due to internal promotion they are currently looking for a technically strong Assessor with excellent interpersonal skills to join the team.

 As a senior claims assessor you will:
  • Manage a portfolio of complex, high risk claims
  • Look to motivate claimants to return to work 
  • Coach, mentor and train a team of Assessors 
  • Identify areas for improvement  
Requirements of the role: 
  • Minimum of 4 years Group or Retail claims assessment experience 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex claims with multiple barriers to return to work
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills 
  • Soft skills; ability to deliver constructive feedback in a positive manner
If your background includes life claims assessment experience in group or retail, managing and assessing a full portfolio of claims, then I want to hear from you. File review experience and coaching experience will be highly regarded.
