Senior Claims Assessor - Group - Life Insurance

You will:
  • Conduct high quality, accurate and timely claims assessments and file reviews
  • Coach, mentor and train a team of Assessors 
  • Assisting with up-skilling the team 
  • Peer reviewing claims 
  • Identifying areas for improvement 
  • Supporting management 
What we need from you:
  • Extensive experience in the Group OR Retail space, across all products ideally
  • Sound decision making skills and outstanding medical and financial assessment skills
  • Appropriate judgement on complex and high value cases
  • File review and coaching experience
  • Allied health or legal backgrounds will be highly regarded
