- Conduct high quality, accurate and timely claims assessments and file reviews
- Coach, mentor and train a team of Assessors
- Assisting with up-skilling the team
- Peer reviewing claims
- Identifying areas for improvement
- Supporting management
- Extensive experience in the Group OR Retail space, across all products ideally
- Sound decision making skills and outstanding medical and financial assessment skills
- Appropriate judgement on complex and high value cases
- File review and coaching experience
- Allied health or legal backgrounds will be highly regarded
