- Involvement of new processes and projects
You will:
- Training, mentoring and coaching of claims assessors
- Do file reviews and authority sign offs
- Help assessors with the direction of their claims
- Make recommendations to proactively manage / prevent future risks
- Claims assessment and management of about 25 claims
All we need from you is;
- Demonstrated Life Insurance experience within Retail Lump Sum (TPD/Trauma/TI)
- Strong communications skills
- Experience in coaching and mentoring
- Law/Allied Health degree will be highly regarded
