- Customise coaching plans for assessors with knowledge gaps
- Reviewing files and case conferencing
- Contribute to process improvement plans
- At least 3 years of Life Claims Assessment experience in either Retail or Group
- Clear communications skills
- File review experience
- Demonstrated coaching experience
