Key Responsibilities include:
- Conducting sophisticated analysis for current and future learning and development needs across the business, internally and externally.
- Designing & developing new learning solutions, demonstrating use of current best practice eg. Digital and micro-learning, blended delivery methods and social learning.
- Delivering, implementing and evaluation of learning strategies and solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
You will have experience working in a fast-paced, agile (digital) environment and proven success in roles involving project management.
