Senior Group Claims Assessor
Our client is well known player in the Life Insurance Industry and has created a brand new role where you will be managing a reduced portfolio of claims while gaining invaluable experience in the Group side of the Industry.

What we need from you:
- Conduct high quality, accurate and timely claims assessments and file reviews
- Provide claims strategies for all products
- Coach, mentor and train team members
- Proactively manage and make recommendations around processes
- Manage a smaller portfolio of claims
- Extensive experience in the Retail space, across all products ideally
- Sound decision making skills and outstanding medical and financial assessment skills
- Appropriate judgement on complex and high value cases
- File review and coaching experience
- Allied health or legal backgrounds will be highly regarded
