Senior Group Claims Assessor x 3 - Multiple Insurers

Our clients are all respected Life Insures with known reputations for having fantastic quality around their claims management. They are all looking for a Senior Claims Assessor to join their growing claims department.

You will:
  • High quality, accurate and timely claims assessments and file reviews
  • Provide claims strategies for all products
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Proactively manage and make recommendations around processes
  • Manage a smaller portfolio of highly complex IP/TPD
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
What we need from you:
  • In-depth knowledge Life claims assessment experience especially around IP (Ideally in Group but Retail would be considered)
  • Sound decision making skills and outstanding medical and financial assessment skills
  • Appropriate judgement on complex and high value cases
  • File review experience
  • Extensive coaching and mentoring experience
  • Allied health or legal backgrounds will be highly regarded
