What we need from you:
- High quality, accurate and timely claims assessments and file reviews
- Provide claims strategies for all products
- Coach and mentor team members
- Proactively manage and make recommendations around processes
- Manage a smaller portfolio of highly complex IP/TPD
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge Life claims assessment experience especially around IP (Ideally in Group but Retail would be considered)
- Sound decision making skills and outstanding medical and financial assessment skills
- Appropriate judgement on complex and high value cases
- File review experience
- Extensive coaching and mentoring experience
- Allied health or legal backgrounds will be highly regarded
