Job Description
Our client is keen to engage a Senior Lead Developer, this is a key leadership role within a large web based business stream. It’s a pivotal role and requires not only the technical nous but above all leadership.
You'll be looking for a role that enables you to demonstrate your passion for technology, knowledge sharing and delivery, whilst working for a national market leader.
You will be:
- Engaging and be able to demonstrate your collaborative nature
- Previous experience leading a team of cross-functional developers
- Provide examples of proactive decision making to benefit your team as a whole
- Be able to recognize strengths in your team and formulate management strategies to ensure they work to their full potential
- Have excellent problem solving skills
- Be a Full Stack Developer with a back end focus and technical exposure to JAVA ( JavaScript , Typescript), AWS ( Lambda S3), React or Node Frameworks
- Have experience building web applications and deploying in the cloud.
