- Manage a portfolio of complex, high risk IP claims, particularly long term psychological claims
- Look to motivate claimants to return to work
- Coach, mentor and train a team of Assessors
- Act as 2IC in the absence of the Manager
- Experience in managing portfolio of Retail claims (preferred) OR strong Group Assessment experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex claims with multiple barriers to return to work
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Soft skills; ability to deliver constructive feedback in a positive manner
