Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, a leading Life Insurer is looking for an experienced Claims Assessor to become a Senior in their Retail Income Protection team.

For you:
  • Up to $110K base + Super + Bonus

The Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of 30 Income Protection claims
  • Coach and mentor claims assessors
  • Train new starters
  • Files reviews and sign off on claims assessor's work
  • Take part in new initiatives and processes
  • Work closely with the Team Manager
What we need from you:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Life Insurance (Group or Retail)
  • Great coaching skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Willing to help out and nurture claims assessor
