- Partnering with a recruitment consultant to fill open vacancies within our client base
- Identifying candidates across General Insurance (with particular focus on Claims & Broking) from our database and advertising
- Proactively contacting candidate to understanding their skills and career aspirations
- Building long term and trusting relationships with niche skill sets of candidates
- Interviewing candidates and preparing detailed reports from your interview notes
- Proactively approaching candidates about opportunities with our clients
- Placing candidates into work within our clients
- A sound knowledge of the General Insurance industry
- Experience of working within Claims, Broking or Client Services
- A confident and professional telephone manor
- Excellent relationship management ability
- A high degree of resilience
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A structured career pathway which allows progression every 6-12 months
