What your day will look like:
- Working with team members, spending time to mentor and coach through any challenges they face
- Ensuring KPI's are on track and supporting colleagues to achieve the best results
- Being a proactive team member, providing outstanding customer service, leading by example
- Providing that 'go to' point, helping with more technical matter
- Dealing with reports, handling any out of line situations: IDR, FOS requirements
- Performance developing and planning, undertaking regular 1:1's with team members to support their continued growth
