Job Description
This newly created role of Team Leader will see you responsible for:
- Leading a team of case managers to achieve outcomes
- Coaching, mentoring and training case managers
- Ensuring SLA's are achieved and a RTW focus is adopted
- Various projects in relation to claims management
You will be able to demonstrate
- An excellent workers compensation claims background
- Experience in coaching, mentoring and training claims assessors
- Excellent technical knowledge in relation to achieving sound claims outcomes
- An ability to lead by example
- A passion, drive and commitment to achieving RTW outcomes
