As a Team Leader/Manager, you will;
- Be responsible for the overall achievement of service level, productivity and quality targets
- The overall leadership and ongoing development of the Claims team and the claims capability
- Actively contribute to towards the formulation, development and implementation of the claims philosophy, best practice and procedures
- Proactive stakeholder engagement, relationship and expectation management
This role is suited to;
- Life claims Team Leader/Manager (group and/or Retail) looking for greener grass
- Workers Compensation managers with extensive people management skills and allied health backgrounds
- Senior life claims assessor ready to take the next step in their career
- Team leaders from workers compensation now working in Life insurance claims looking to move back in to a leadership role
