As a
Team Leader/Manager, you will;
- Be responsible for the overall achievement of service level, productivity and quality targets
- The overall leadership and ongoing development of the Claims team and the claims capability
- Actively contribute to towards the formulation, development and implementation of the claims philosophy, best practice and procedures
- Proactive stakeholder engagement, relationship and expectation management
This role is suited to;Experienced life insurance team leaders/managers looking for greener grass or a senior case manager (life insurance) looking to take the next step in your career.
Your background will include;
- Strong people management experience including coaching & mentoring, workflow allocations, performance management and escalations management.
- Stakeholder management experience both internal and external
- Quality monitoring and reporting experience
- Process improvement experience (desired)
