- Managing and mentoring a Technical Claims team, providing technical claims expertise and support.
- Working collaboratively with the Claims Management team to implement new processes, initiatives and projects.
- Developing and managing relationships with service providers and procurement partners.
- Monthly reporting to ensure SLA’s met.
- Managing complex claims where required.
You are passionate about being part of and leading a team. Along with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service and outcomes both operationally and on a strategic level.
- Marine and Liability Technical claims expertise essential.
- Proven technical knowledge across all claims portfolios.
- Leadership experience preferred and highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret claims data.
