The role of technical claims specialist will see you responsible for

• Coaching/mentoring and training of assessors and senior assessors 
• Working on various claims projects 
• Undertaking portfolio reviews to identify trends
• Undertaking trend analysis and from this developing claims strategies 

• Significant claims experience within life insurance 
• Previous claims experience at a technical level 
• Coaching and development of assessors and senior assessors 
• The ability to conduct portfolio reviews to identify claims trends 
• Ability to conduct analysis and actions based on portfolio reviews
