Job Description

You will be responsible for;
- Providing effective litigation strategies to minimise claims costs
- Collaborating with Claims Officers and Clients to come to fair and commercially sound liability decisions
- Working with Claims to reduce claims and share ownership of higher risk claims
- Assist in targeting higher risk claims to develop improvements
- Supporting managing escalated disparities
Your background/knowledge will include;
- Strong technical expertise, with an in depth knowledge of litigation and workers' compensation legislation
- Used to working within a targeted structure and meeting compliance measures
- Ability to develop claims strategy
