Job Description
The role:
- Managing inbound/outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Liaising with service teams to arrange towing of vehicles
- Working with assessors and internal stakeholders to progress claims
- Responding to queries from clients with excellent customer service
- Database Management
- Ad-hoc administration tasks
- Previous experience working in a phone based customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to interview and start immediately
- Able to commit to minimum 4 week contract
