Job Description
Join a busy team and manage a portfolio of Accident and Health claims. This is a 6 month assignment and requires experience, preferably in; A&H/Workers Compensation/CTP claims
About the role:
- Receiving claim and completing an action plan and strategy for the claims
- Working the claim from end to end
- Ensure levels of authority are adhered to and authorisation is obtained, where required
- Responsible for optimum financial outcome on each claims, as well as fairness to other party
- Develop professional relationships with the claimant's and providing the highest level of customer service
- Checking policy details for coverage and medical issues
- Contacting experts to assist with the claims asessments
Your experience:
- You will have claims experience, preferable in personal injury lines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Used to dealing with a portfolio of claims and managing conflicting deadlines
- Experienced in providing the highest level of customer service
