Your role would be to field all incoming calls to the team, provide updates where appropriate or refer to the relevant team member for resolution.

- First point of contact for claimants
- Administrative support to the Claims Team
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service
- Be empathetic towards and be understanding of the customer
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, assessors, insurers, brokers and customers
- Previous experience in a motor claims/insurance role
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to work autonomously and on own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work-ethic
- Immediate start and work for a minimum of 6 weeks
