The Role:
- Carefully assessing risks for new business and renewal policies
- Accurately calculating premiums and generating policy documents
- Outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate new business opportunities
- Building relationships with clients to maximise retention and growth
- Continually learning and developing with a view to managing your own risk portfolio
- Exposure to and understanding of General Insurance products
- Excellent communication skills and sales capabilities
- Ability to build rapport and develop strong working relationships
- High level of attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Can prioritise and manage work effectively
- The opportunity to train as an Insurance Broker and develop a long-term career
- Ongoing training and development with support to complete Broking qualifications
