Training & Development Manager - Life Insurance

Your background will include;
- Manage a team of training consultants
- Ensure training roadmap is planned and delivered
- Delivery of project related training deliverable
- Management of all resources required for programs
- Understand requirements of the business and design and deliver technical/behavioural training and development solutions
- Extensive experience in training and development ideally in life insurance or wealth management
- People leadership and management experience
- Strong design skills, with ability to create engaging content
- Strong understanding of e-learning and technology
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- Certificate IV – Workplace Training & Assessment or greater
