Training & Development Manager - Life Insurance

rare opportunity for an experienced L&D manager to take on a specialist role with a leading life insurer.

For you;

  • $130K - $150K + Super + bonuses + benefits
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Lead varied training programs 
  • Growing and innovative organisation
  • Work as a part of one of the largest training teams in the industry
You will;
  • Manage a team of training consultants
  • Ensure training roadmap is planned and delivered
  • Delivery of project related training deliverable
  • Management of all resources required for programs 
  • Understand requirements of the business and design and deliver technical/behavioural training and development solutions
Your background will include;
  • Extensive experience in training and development ideally in life insurance or wealth management
  • People leadership and management experience
  • Strong design skills, with ability to create engaging content
  • Strong understanding of e-learning and technology 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Certificate IV – Workplace Training & Assessment or greater
