Job Description
The Role:
- Managing a reasonably sized portfolio of front end claims
- Accurately determine liability on new claims
- Reviewing medical reports and supporting documentation
- Liaising with claimants, treating professionals and key stakeholders
- Developing effective injury management plans
- Providing exceptional service to all stakeholders
- Thinking outside the box to promote sustainable return to work
- Sound understanding of the Victorian legislation
- A minimum of 2 years handling a portfolio of workers compensation claims
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent time management skills
