Your duties will include:
- Accurately assessing claims, investigation any anomylees
- Responsible for a corporate or SME portfolio, managing a variety of claims
- Liaising with treating professionals and doctors as well as employers and claimants
- Designing return to work plans in conjunction with employers to ensure that return to work is obtained in a sustainable manner
- Working with internal Injury Management and Technical Specialists to discuss claims and agree the way forward
- Preparing accurate documentation, letters and reports in relation to claims
- Managing own case load from lodgement to completion of claim
